Now, let’s get crafty and make our own X-ray handprint! Grab a piece of black construction paper and trace the outline of your hand on it – just spread your fingers wide and go for it.

Next, pick up some Q-tips, and then lay them inside the outline of your handprint and snip them to size with your scissors.

Then, with a dab of glue, secure the Q-tips in place. They’ll look just like the bones in your hand, pretty cool, right?

  • Q-tips Cotton Swabs
  • Glue

  1. On black constriction paper, trace your hand using a piece of chalk.
  2. Nab some Q-tips and arrange them inside the handprint outline on your black paper.
  3. Just give them a quick trim with scissors so they fit just right to be the bones inside your hand.
  4. Next up, with a bit of glue, make those Q-tips stay put. They're going to look just like the bones in an X-ray, which is way awesome!
  5. And there you go – your rad X-ray Handprint Craft is complete! Hang it up and watch your friends do a double-take at your neat, bony masterpiece.
