- Traditional carnival games were initially designed to be unwinnable; however, many now offer a fair chance.

Carnival Printable Pack Supplies
Make sure you’ve got these handy before getting started:
- Printer (I have this one)
- Paper
- Pencil
- Crayons
I have the HP printer 8710, but it’s not available anymore. It’s been running well for years now. Look for another HP Instant Ink-ready printer so that you can use their program to send you ink cartridges whenever your printer gets low on ink.
What’s included in the summer carnival-themed printables?
My Favorite Rides
This page includes simple illustrations of carnival rides and a word bank. Children write the correct name under each picture using the provided words. It was an excellent opportunity for children to practice reading and writing independently.
Who am I?
Descriptions are listed on the left side, and your child matches them to the correct picture on the right. The sentences are engaging and fun—I read them aloud, and my daughter eagerly shouted out her guesses before circling them.
Carnival Word Search
Kids look for ten themed words hidden in the puzzle. It’s a great way to keep them busy quietly while reinforcing spelling.
I Spy: Carnival
Four carnival-themed images are repeated throughout the page, and children must count how many of each they see. Then, they write the number next to the matching picture at the bottom. My kids turned it into a mini competition, racing to see who could spot them all first.
My Dream Carnival
There’s space to draw a carnival layout and write a few sentences describing it. This was a favorite in our house—my child added dragons and ice cream mountains to hers.
Word Search Answer Key
A quick solution page for the word search puzzle. Handy when your child insists there’s no such word as “mascot” in the grid.
