Simple Homeschool Science Experiments

Science without access to a regular science lab seems overwhelming and difficult as a homeschooler. But it doesn’t have to be! I’ve put together some simple homeschool science experiments that you can do right in your own home. With simple household ingredients, easy-to-follow instructions, and minimal mess, you and your children can get into some real science experiments! Now there’s no excuse to miss out.

My kids love exploring and discovering the wonders of science. So I love when I can spark their curiosity with a simple homeschool science experiment. It’s so fun to see their eyes grow wide as I amaze them again with a cool result, even though the experiment is simple. Science is fascinating, and your kids will love these simple experiments.

Easy Science Experiments to do at Home

A good magic trick is an awesome way to grab your kids’ attention. And these Magic Milk Experiments are definitely going to get their attention. Not only does the end result look amazing, the actual process is also fascinating. Try it for yourself!

Here’s another super-simple science experiment that will blow your kids’ minds. This Hovercraft Science Activity doesn’t look like much, but wait till you see your kids’ faces after you let it go!

Try this Dancing Worms Activity for a real magical effect. It’s a different take on the vinegar-and-baking-soda reaction, and it will get your kids excited about science and chemistry.
