Butterflies will actually just lay eggs one time but what is really impressive is how many eggs that they’ll lay! Once a butterfly lays an egg, they’ll lay up to 100 eggs at one time!
Do butterflies sleep?
They do! This is why you’ll see the butterflies flopping and flapping their wings during the daylight hours because they’re worn out and sleeping at night!
Where do butterflies go in the rain?
They find a place to hide so that their wings don’t get wet!
