Easy Winter Craft Activities for Kids
To get you started, here are some ideas on what you can do with your kids this winter season.
Snow Globe Crafts
One of the most popular winter craft ideas is a snow globe. All you need to do is fill a jar or bottle with water, add some glitter or other small decorations, seal it up, and you have a beautiful snow globe! You can even take things further by painting the outside of the jar/bottle or decorating it with other objects like beads and ribbons.
Paper Snowflakes
Another classic winter craft is paper snowflakes. To make these all you need is white paper and scissors. Simply cut out different shapes on the paper (circles, squares, triangles), fold them in half multiple times to form intricate patterns, then cut out those patterns—voila!
You’ll be amazed at how unique each snowflake looks once it’s been unfolded. If you want to take things further, use different colored papers or glitter glue to add extra pizzazz!
