How do you entertain a toddler on Thanksgiving?
As the holiday season approaches, I want to make sure that I have everything planned for the big day. Thanksgiving is one of our family’s favorite holidays as it brings us and our loved ones together to celebrate and give thanks.
However, if you have a toddler in tow, the planning process can be a little more challenging!
Toddlers can be very active and get easily bored, and it can be a bit difficult to keep them entertained for hours. But don’t worry! Here are some unique and easy ways to keep your toddler entertained on Thanksgiving.
Involve Your Toddler in the Preparation
Little kids love to be involved in preparing for special occasions, and Thanksgiving is no exception! You can involve your toddler in the preparation by giving them simple tasks like mixing the pumpkin pie dough, stirring the ingredients of the turkey stuffing, or even decorating the table.
Read Thanksgiving Books Together
Take some time with your toddler to read some inspiring Thanksgiving themed stories. Reading together is a great way to bond with your kids and helps improve their reading and vocabulary skills even at an early age.
Fun Thanksgiving Activities
