What is the science behind pumpkins?
Pumpkins are a fascinating fruit that shares a family with other gourds and squashes. They come in different varieties, sizes, and colors ranging from orange to white, and are harvested in the fall.
Pumpkins are rich in vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, as well as minerals such as potassium and magnesium. In addition to their nutritional benefits, they are also full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, making them a popular ingredient in skincare products.
