These handmade ornaments are the best because you can make so many and they are all different! And if you want, instead of using glue to seal the ornaments, just use tiny pieces of tape to secure them shut and then open them up to make new ones every single year!

  • clear plastic ornament
  • assorted pom poms 
  • assorted Christmas felt stickers (optional)
  • glitter
  • rat tail ribbon
  • glue

Open the ornaments and put some pom poms in them. You can ave kids throw in any colors and sizes or you can use them in color patterns. They will be a lot of fun!

To make these creative handmade ornaments even more interesting, add some glitter!

Use several colors to make it even more fun! We liked the mixed colors since we used pom poms in different colors.

Once your kids have put in enough of what they want, they can close them up and seal them. Like I said, they can use clear glue or a small piece of tape, in case you wanted to reuse that ornament in the future.

Give the ornaments a good shake so the glitter sticks to the sides to give them a pretty glittery effect.
