Weather Chart Printable
This Weather Chart Printable is a great way to open up the lines of communication about the weather.
As a child, studying the weather can be such a fun topic to discuss. We like to keep a daily chart of the weather and it gives us a chance to graph it. You can count the number of days we had each type of weather and it gets your kids asking questions about the weather.

In our neck of the woods, it’s always amazing to track the weather and then compare it to the previous days. There’s never a dull moment when it comes to Mother Nature.
You can add this activity to your daily routine. We’ve even set up cans to collect rainwater to measure how much precipitation has fallen. The weather is all around us, it’s not going anywhere so why not use it in our daily school routine.

For young kids, this weather chart will help your child track the weather for each day of the week. This will also give you a chance to teach days of the week as you discuss the weather. What happened the day before and you can see if they can predict the weather for the next day.
You can also talk about different learning objectives when it comes to weather as well. Talk about the different type of clothing that needs to be worn for certain types of weather as well. There are always ways that you can expland the learning if you want to explore that option with the kids.
