I’ve always found themed pre-writing turkey activities like this to be a wonderful way to keep learning light and engaging. Even though my youngest is still too young for tracing, my older kids enjoyed watching him scribble while they reminisced about their early homeschool days. These small moments are what make seasonal learning so meaningful.
