Spider Worksheets for First Graders
When I created these Spider Worksheets for First Graders, I had my kids in mind, especially when my oldest three were in elementary school. Learning about creepy crawlers always kept them curious, and spiders were a favorite topic. These worksheets are ideal for first graders who are beginning to explore the animal world in a fun and engaging way.
If you’re looking for more spider-themed ideas, I’ve also shared my list of Spider Activities for Kids. This collection has been a go-to in our homeschool for years when we needed engaging science lessons or just something seasonal to work on during the fall.
I’ll show you exactly what’s included in the printable pack, how it helps kids practice essential skills, and some creative ways to keep the learning going. If your child is fascinated by spiders, you’ll find plenty of ways to make this a hands-on experience.

Supplies needed for the activity
You only need a few supplies to get started with these worksheets:
- Printer (I have this one)
- Paper
- Pencil
- Crayons
I have the HP printer 8710, but it’s no longer available. It’s been running well for years now. Consider another HP Instant Ink-ready printer so that you can use their program to send you ink cartridges whenever your printer gets low on ink.
