Apples are always a fun theme, especially in the fall. We love going apple picking and there are so many great books and preschool activities you can have fun with.

We always have them on hand and we like to eat them in a variety of ways, particularly apple sauce. They have a wonderful fresh scent and pair well with cinnamon so they can make any dessert a winner.

  1. This is probably rare, but, my husband ate a lot of apples as a kid. They naturally contain aspirin. He developed a allergy to aspirin. Please keep an eye out😊.
