Princess Counting Cards and Puzzles
The Princess Counting Cards and Puzzles are a great way to get counting with your little one. These math worksheets and a perfect way to get in some math without having to write out their answers. At this age, children can count and apply their math skills without the need to write, a skill that takes longer to develop.
I like to print these ones onto card stock and cut them out into cards. Your child can use a clothespin to clip the correct answer. Or they can use a marker, pom pom, or bingo dabber to mark the correct answer. This also makes the puzzles more sturdy.

I’m a big stickler for reading in our house. We all have some time during the day that we’ll sit down and read. The kids love having various options for books so I’m happy to oblige and have a wide variety of books in the house.
I also like to rotate out books to keep them fresh and new. This keeps the kids interested in the books longer and helps make them new again when it’s time to read.

The Importance Of Using Counting Cards
Working with numbers and learning how to count is such an important life skill to help your kids learn at an early age. Numbers can be a hard concept to grasp so this is where counting cards can really come into play.
Some kids are visual learners while others like to mimic how their older siblings learn, too. There are so many ways to encourage learning and no two kids are the same. That is why having printables like these can be great resources for helping kids learn!

Tips for using these Princess Counting Cards
If you are looking for fun ideas for using these counting cards and puzzles, there are so many great ideas!
One thing to consider is laminating them so that they last. I don’t know about your house but our house tends to have spills and stains happen all the time. To counter this, you can laminate the cards so that they last and they’re basically waterproof and tear-proof!
You can also use these as a great resource to take with you when you’re traveling. They’re easy to keep in a little big and have the kids play with them on the road. We’ve done this numerous times and I love the fact that they’re working on their skills and don’t even realize it!
If you do decide to laminate them, you can also use a dry erase marker that can easily be wiped off. This can be used to circle the correct number when counting and more. The kids always have a blast and they even like to wipe the counting cards clean!
