Recommended Farm Books for Kids
There are really good books with a farm theme because it’s an appealing topic for kids. Here, we have good book recommendations that your kids will enjoy.
The great part about farm books for kids is that they can choose a variety to read. They can read books that are about real-life farm animals or they can read books that are about drawings of animals and farm life as well.
Just remember that anytime you’re doing themed learning, add in themed books! Farm books are always fun because they’re relatable to the kids. We’ve all seen a farm and know about farm animals so reading more about them is always good!

Once you print out the printable, you can also let the kids work on their scissor-cutting skills, too. This is a great way for them to work on fine-motor skills and work on their cutting skills at the same time.
Have them be careful and work on them staying on the solid and the dotted lines. They’ll be so proud to cut them out and then put them together as well! Talk about a great way to include the kids from start to finish!
Using the counting sheets is perfect for breaking down the counting skills as well. You can even laminate the counting sheets so that they can use them over and over again.
Laminating cards that are for math and counting is a great way for them to solve or answer, wipe clean, and do it over and over again.
