Are you ready for Christmas yet? Have lots of shopping to do still? This activity will keep littles busy while you get all those gifts wrapped and the menus finalized!
My daughter asked me to create a Christmas tree for her so I created this fun Christmas tree felt craft project. She loves our Christmas tree so this was really fun for her. I cut out all of the shapes so that she could decorate her own tree.
I also had pom pom balls out so she used those as well to decorate her tree. I also added some Christmas presents to go under the tree.
Christmas Tree Felt Craft Supplies
- green – tree
- brown – trunk
- yellow, red, blue, purple – ornaments, garland and presents
- pom pom balls
This Christmas tree activity was super easy to cut out and my daughter had a great time with it as she decorated her tree. I removed all of the decorations and then let her place them back on the tree. She straightened the garland and laid them horizontally. I had the felt circles but we also had a container of pom poms so I figured she would use both of them to decorate the tree.
However, she placed the felt circle onto the tree and then placed a pom pom on top. She was very meticulous in lining them up and making sure the pom pom ball stayed on top of the circle.
I have some more felt projects coming up but it looks like I will have to get another order in of felt. My most used colors are running low and I don’t think we’ll be stopping anytime soon with these.
