This watermelon paper plate craft is what you need to teach kids about watermelons and other fruits this summer season or any time of the year!

Food Coloring Liqua-Gel 12 PK (9 oz, 264 mL)
Elmer's Liquid School Glue

Ingredients
Food colorred and green
Glue
Shaving foam
Paper plate
Instructions
Mix a portion of glue, shaving foam, and red food coloring in a cup. Mix well until all of the ingredients are blended. Repeat this step in another cup but use the green food coloring instead.
Cut the paper plate in half.
Paint the inner part using the red fluffy paint then the outer part with green.
For the final detail, cut very small strips of black construction paper and glue them to the red part of your watermelon.
Now your watermelon paper plate craft is ready to be displayed!
