Mo Willems' Pigeon and Duckling Christmas Ornaments
This is a fun Christmas craft that ties in nicely with favorite storybook characters. It’s simple enough for younger kids and can be used as handmade gifts.
Ingredients
- yellow orange, white, black, and light blue felt
- Christmas tree ornament hooks
- craft glue or hot glue gun
- paper
- marker
- scissors
Instructions
- Gather your felt, glue, paper, scissors, and hooks
- Help your child trace and cut out circle templates using a cup
- Use those templates to cut out felt shapes for the heads and eyes
- Add beaks and glue the parts together
- Attach hooks and hang them on the tree
