Octopus Paper Plate Craft

Ingredients

  • Paper plates
  • Acrylic paints
  • Paintbrush
  • Black marker or Sharpie
  • Ruler
  • Reinforcement stickers
  • Bright colored paper
  • Glue stick
  • Googly eyes
  • Scissors

Instructions

  • Paint a paper plate and set it aside to dry.
  • After the plate is dry, draw a wavy line on it and cut along that line.
  • Attach googly eyes to the plate with glue.
  • Use a ruler to draw eight straight lines (four on each sheet of paper), then cut them out.
  • Glue the octopus legs onto the paper plate and let the glue set for a few minutes.
  • Stick circle reinforcement stickers on the back of the legs.
  • Use a marker to curl the legs.
