Equipment

  • LorAnn Blue Liquid Food Color, 1 Ounce Squeeze Bottle
  • Chefmaster Neon Green Liqua-Gel® Food Coloring
  • Badia Cream of Tartar, 2 Pound (1283784)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup hot water
  • Neon food coloring blue and green
  • Large bowl
  • Wooden spoon

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, oil, cream of tartar and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Add food coloring to the hot water and mix.
  • Slowly add the water to the mixture and mix with a spoon.
  • Let cool for a bit then knead it by hand.
