Prepare a bowl of baking soda then add a bit of food coloring and a small amount of water to thin it out as needed.
Prepare a mixture that is similar to a thick toothpaste. If the mixture is too thin, add more baking soda.
Once you achieved the desired mixture and color, press it into your bat-designed cookie cutters.
Use a paper towel to soak up excess liquid off the top and clean around the edges.
Make as many bats as you want then arrange them into a flat tray or container to avoid dripping.
If you're ready, pour the vinegar and watch them fizz!
