Cut the crepe paper into squares. Then paste it all over the paper plate while using glue. Make sure to cover the entire paper plate.

While waiting for the paper plate the dry, make the elephant's ears using cardboard. Cut two arc-shaped ears. Then add crepe paper to the elephant's ears.

Print and cut the template provided for the face. Paste it onto the black construction paper and cardboard and cut it again.

Now, assemble the parts on the paper plate. Stick it using glue.

Add the nose and ears with glue.
