Fold the pipe cleaners in half. Make sure it is equally folded.

Choose one color of a pipe cleaner and make a heart shape. Gently bend each side to form a heart.

Attach the heart-shaped pipe cleaner by wrapping it to the popsicle stick. Use a glue gun to secure it (optional). You have to help little kids during this step.

Repeat these steps using the other colors of pipe cleaners to make more bubble wands.
