Popsicle Stick Snowflake Craft Supplies

Popsicle Stick Snowflake Craft Supplies

  • Popsicle sticks (you need 4 for each snowflake)
  • White craft paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Paper plate
  • Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
  • Glitter (for this project, I used fine iridescent glitter and jumbo glitter)
  • Sequins (for this I used iridescent/clear sequins)
  • Clear glue
  • Small cup (optional for paint)

Popsicle Stick Snowflake Craft

Directions:

Place the popsicle sticks on the paper plate.

Use your paintbrush to paint each popsicle stick with white paint. Make sure to cover the sides of the sticks and the back (optional). Use two or more coats if necessary.

Once dry, squirt a dab of hot glue in the center of one of the sticks. Place another popsicle stick on top, forming a + shape.

Squirt a dab of glue in the center and place a stick diagonally.

Popsicle Stick Snowflake Craft

Do this again, making an X shape. This will form the complete snowflake.

To decorate the snowflake, pour clear glue on the top of each popsicle stick and spread the glue around with the tip of the bottle.

Start putting glitters and/or sequins then set aside to try.
